OrtoClinic processes only the information needed to answer requests, arrange consultations and operate the website securely.
Information we collect
The appointment form asks for a name and phone number. The contact form asks for a name and at least one contact method (phone or email); the message is optional. We do not request diagnoses, medical images or documents through these forms. IP address and User-Agent are not stored in the request record.
Purpose and basis
We use the information to answer your request, contact you and arrange a consultation. Submitting the form and checking the confirmation asks us to contact you and confirms that you have read this policy.
Providers and transfers
The website is hosted by Hetzner in Germany. Telegram sends reception only the internal request number and a protected admin link; client data is not included in the message. Google Maps loads only after separate consent for external content. We do not sell data and use no advertising pixels or web analytics.
Retention and security
Requests are retained for no more than 24 months unless law or the defence of a legal claim requires another period. Access is limited to authorised users. Measures include HTTPS, CSRF protection, rate limiting and logs that exclude form content.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent for optional content. Send a request to the contact below. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the Republic of Moldova.
